There's a Half-Full Moon rising!

Half-Full Moon pattern is now live!

This has been a fun one to knit (in fact, I have made 3 of them so far)!  Half-Full Moon is a quick little crescent-shaped shawl which sports a pretty lace border.  It packs a whole lot of drape and color into its frame as well!  Shawl can be made up in any weight yarn which will make this an all weather favorite!

See my "Cast On" page for info. on where to find a downloadable copy of this pattern.

  1. Your pattern states to cast on 274. I'm using worsted weight yarn with the needle sizes you instructed. Was I supposed to cast on less?

    1. Hi Alison,

You should keep the same CO, but you may want to consider going up in needle sizes. This will help to open up the lace a bit more.

      Happy Knitting!
